We’ve all been there – staring at a login screen and drawing a blank on our password. No worries, UPS employees! This blog post will guide you through the process of resetting your UPSers password and regaining access to the company’s valuable internal platform.

Before You Begin:

  • Make sure you have a reliable internet connection.
  • Use a trusted device for the password reset process.
  • Have your UPS employee ID readily available.

Resetting Your Password:

  1. Navigate to the UPSers login page: [UPS Employee Login].
  2. Below the login fields, locate the “Forgot your password?” link. Click on this link to initiate the password reset process.
  3. You’ll be presented with several options for verifying your identity:
    • One-time PIN via SMS: Enter your phone number associated with your UPS account. A unique PIN will be sent via text message for verification.
    • One-time PIN via Email: Select this option if your email address is linked to your UPS account. A verification PIN will be sent to your inbox. (International employees may not have this option)
    • Challenge Questions: Answer the pre-selected challenge questions you established during your initial account setup.
  4. Once you’ve successfully verified your identity using one of the provided methods, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
  5. Choose a strong password that adheres to the following guidelines:
    • Minimum of 12 characters
    • Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Inclusion of at least one number (0-9)
    • Incorporation of a special character (! $ # @ ^ & * , . + = ~)
    • Important: Avoid using personal information like birthdays or pet names, and ensure it’s different from your PIN.
  6. Re-enter your new password for confirmation.
  7. Click “Submit” or follow any on-screen instructions to finalize the password reset process.

Additional Tips:

  • If you’re unable to access any of the verification options (phone number, email, or challenge questions), you may need to contact the UPS IT Help Desk for further assistance.
  • For security purposes, there may be a limit to the number of password reset attempts allowed within a specific timeframe. If you exceed this limit, your account might be locked. In such cases, contacting the IT Help Desk will be necessary.
