How to Get Your UPS W2 Online?
While UPS doesn’t currently offer direct access to your W-2 online, there are alternative ways to obtain it:
1. Check UPSers Website:
- If you’re a current UPS employee, log in to your UPSers account at https://www.upsers.com/.
- While they might not directly display your W-2, there might be instructions on requesting or printing it through the portal.
- Look for sections like “Paycheck issues” or “W-2 access” within your account settings.
2. Contact UPS Human Resources:
- If the online option isn’t available or you’re a former employee, contact UPS Human Resources directly.
- You can find the contact number for your local HR department through your supervisor or the UPS website.
- Alternatively, call the national HR department at 404-828-6000 or the national customer service number at 1-888-742-5877.
3. Obtain from the IRS:
- The IRS provides access to your wage and income transcript, which includes W-2 information.
